Turn Around Time, the amount of time it will take once payment is received for your items to be made, packed and shipped to you.

Monday through Friday (weekends and holidays are not counted as business days)

4.) What are CUSTOM ITEMS?
Any item you want us to create that is not found/available for purchase on our website.

6.) How much are CUSTOMS?
Pricing starts at $8 for bows & earrings.
Hand stamped necklaces start at $15.
Direct to Garment (DTG) printed tees start at $20.
7.) We do our best to provide you with the best placement of the print on each handmade accessory item. Due to the nature of fabrics and design placement/pattern repetition your items may appear slightly different from what is shown.
8.) Due to the nature of monitor color settings- the tone of the color you see on your screen may be slightly different than that of what you receive.
Items will ship within 7-14 business days from successful payment using first class USPS if under 15oz for flat rate of $5 and USPS priority mail flat rate of $9 if 1lb or more. Buyer will pay shipping.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once the items are relinquished to the shipping partner. ***Route shipping protection is provided and encouraged to be purchased to cover any shipping related issues***
Due to the handmade one of a kind custom nature of our products we do not offer exchanges, refunds or returns . If there is a quality issue please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your item so we can make it right.
11.) TRUSTED PARTNERS:
At Boutique Rebellion we also partner with other small businesses & small business wholesalers to bring you the most unique and quality handcrafted items. These items ship directly from the warehouses of these trusted partners! If your order contains items from one of our offsite partners, you may see that your order fulfills at different times, from different locations with different tracking numbers from each fulfillment center. We will be in communication via email if our partners let us know of any issues or delays, otherwise we fully expect your items to be to you within our listed TAT.
